Diamonds 04:21
We're getting squeezed But if we keep up the fight, We'll come out brighter and tighter than we used to be. It's getting harder for me everyday, Because I saw you in your heyday. Now you're just a mess of broken pieces, Just a shell of urban decay. Good morning, Detroit. Why the long face? You look like shit when you don't smile. Good night, Detroit. You've really let yourself go. Can't say I hate you, but I hate what you've become. We're getting squeezed But if we keep up the fight, We'll come out brighter and tighter than we used to be. It's getting harder to increase our status When we're so surrounded by grit. Folks in the D got so much callous, So fed up with it. Good morning, Detroit. Why the long face? You look like shit when you don't smile. Good night, Detroit. You know I’ll never let you go. I will always love you, and I’ll love what you’ll become. People so malicious. You best know where to go at night. Militias patrol the street. Unheard wishes. There's no hope for hoping for Better days or better nights. That's why everybody leaves. If you can. We're getting squeezed But if we keep up the fight, We'll come out brighter and tighter than we used to be. If silence is golden, then our noise is diamonds. Please chill out the violence. Blue #3 03:27
Sometimes I settle; so, woe is me. Acting kinda yellow when I'm trying to feel green. Tasting metal; now, I know what I need: Give me two shots of that Blue #3. Give me two shots of that Blue #3. Did you get the message that I've had it up to here? My brain done bled from all my mental violence. Can't be in the red because I need to see Violet. Fell out my bed but my alarm was silenced. I need a bottle of that Blue to unseal my eyelids. I need a bottle of that Blue to unseal my eyelids. Did you get the message that I've had it up to here? Lost all my patience lately. Stomp down my feet like a baby. Electroshock going to drop me to my knees and change me. I'm at the end of my rope now. Time to tip over my sacred cow. Lost all my patience lately. Stomp down my feet like a baby. Electroshock going to drop me to my knees and change me. I know that I will never feel like running that race again. I will just pace with them. Never play that music to face again. I know I won't stop. Words and music by Jonny Sonic

Loose Ends 05:20
Please put your hand over my mouth. Please tell me to just cut that out. It's hard to feel alive being so afflicted. It’s better to feel like a survivor than a victim. So I change perspective When shit gets hectic And I start swirling around, around, around, And around. Gonna replant my garden. Gonna water the seeds. Gonna stop being martyr. Gonna flow with the breeze. Please keep your hand over my mouth. Remind me to just leave that out. It's good to be alive even though afflicted. It’s better to feel like a survivor than a victim. So I change perspective. Needle off the record To stop from swirling around, around, around, And around. Gonna replant my garden. Gonna water the seeds. Gonna stop being martyr. Gonna flow with the breeze. Gonna replant my garden. Gonna water the seeds. Gonna work a little harder. Gonna roll up my sleeves. I'll tighten up the loose ends. I'll loosen up what's too tightened. I'll keep my heart and head Focused out, focused in So I can feel I’m me Connected with everything. I'll keep my heart and head Focused out, focused in So I can feel I’m we Connected with everything. Gonna replant my garden. Gonna water the seeds. Gonna stop being martyr. Gonna flow with the breeze. Gonna replant my garden. Gonna water the seeds. Gonna work a little smarter. Gonna roll up my sleeves. I'll tighten up the loose ends. I'll keep my heart and head Focused out, focused in So I can feel I’m me Connected with everything. Folks keep dying. Loved ones crying. Dropping to their knees. Getting shot up in the street. Bombs keep falling. Folks keep crawling Out from the depths of disease. 70 million refugees! Folks keep surviving. They keep striving With such resiliency, Much stronger than me. Words and music by Jonny Sonic

Republican't 03:45
Bag of tricks. You best believe I aim to deceive, up my sleeve you'll see my bag of tricks. I’ll incite the crisis, be as divisive as ISIS. I run the show with my new jim crow; lock up negroes 6 times more than whites And 15% longer, no I don't think Black lives matter. I'll take my claws, throw down my laws All over your daughter's body -- and your mother and your sister too. The future ain’t female if it’s up to me. Forget refugees, they’ve done nothing for me. See, poverty don't bother me, because I say I'm pro-life! Believe this: unless you’re fetus, then leave us alone. Keep y'all scared of this. Every Muslim's a terrorist. Never get embarrassed by being an arrogant bastard. So fear the foreigner! Lock the door! That HIStory is folklore! We, W.A.S.P.s, were born here! It sure is easy being green, it pays. It's the land of the free and home of the slaves. For the sake of the republic that we're all living in, For the fate of the public and our future's kin, For our place in politics in the global zen, I, this Republican't win. So, stop me. You best believe I aim to deceive, up my sleeve you'll see my bag of tricks. Gimme gimme guns, gimme guns, gimme gimme more guns. Gimme guns, more and more and more guns. Shoot anyone, everyone who don't respect my authority. I must be stopped, I must be silenced. Calling all enlightened: don't be frightened, just stop me. I stand for hatred. I stand for racism. I'll divide based on income inflation. I incite fear throughout the nation. I stand for blatant discrimination. I stand for church-state unseparated. I sneak jesus in supreme court pages. I set your wages. I let vacations. I'm famous. I'm making my arrangements. I must be stopped, I must be silenced. Calling all enlightened: don't be frightened, just stop me. For the sake of the republic that we're all living in, For the fate of the public and our future's kin, For our place in politics in the global zen, I, this Republican't win. So stop me. Turn it off 03:38
Gonna keep my mind in my control, Gonna keep my mind in my control. I don't know what channel's on, 2, 4, 7, don't matter none. Gonna keep my mind in my control, Gonna keep my mind in my control. I'm just buying groceries, Never gonna read them magazines. Gonna keep my mind in my control, Gonna keep my mind in my control. My brain is burning, yearning for learning. But these talking heads keep talking at me. Turn it off, turn it off. I don't need to see screens today. Turn if off, turn it off. I don't need to see them being mean today. I squint on what i read, Don't just eat what's in the feed. Gonna keep my mind in my control, Gonna keep my mind in my control. I switched off the radio, Vitriol spittin' on the morning show. Gonna keep my mind in my control, Gonna keep my mind in my control. My brain is burning, yearning for learning. But these talking heads keep talking at me. Turn it off, turn it off. I don't need to see screens today. Turn if off, turn it off. I don't need to see them being mean today. Words and music by Jonny Sonic

Caretaker 04:20
If you knew her, you'd agree with me. Pure pleasantry despite her destiny. Filled with love and would see the best in people. But what's left just got the best of her. She was raised underneath the constant screams Demeaning her esteem as she pleads. Trying not burst at the seams. She let this tide carry away her dreams. She can't count every bruise from this cycle of abuse. Her brother and sister with her were all trapped up inside this noose. Her mother was the matriarch, she made the dark into lightness, Her brightness was a spark to overcome the darkness's mightiness. When that look was on his face, her mum would try to make a safe place. Try to change their dark fate. Try to make some magic out of something that was tragic. She gave up her life when her mama needed her. Cancer. Changing diapers and feeding her. She'd pay the ransom for the answer of healing her. Rancid bed pans from the chance of relieving her. But she can't stop this accident, she never asked for this. She can't lose the pacifist who acted against the harassment and attacks from him. Now the past tense stings with overwhelming relevance. The smell of the flowers in those final hours sickens her, it thickens her blood. Splinters like wood. They should smell good but the stench in her heart overtakes. Her heart breaks, her heart aches more than she ever thought it would. When the beeps merge into a tone, she knows she's alone. There's now no place in the world that feels like home. When the beeps merge into a tone, she knows she's alone. When the beeps merge into a tone, she knows she's alone. There's now no place in the world that feels like home. When the beeps merge into a tone, she knows she's alone. Who's going to take care of the caretaker? Some of us were just born to die. Some of us were just born to live. Some of us lost themselves along their way, Don't receive but only give. We're all doing the best we can. We're all doing the best we can with what we got. Even if what we got ain't enough sometimes. We keep pushing on on empty. Words and music by Jonny Sonic

Spin Sevens 04:37
I know you're all up in that muck again. You know my shit started to suck again. I'll see you on the other side. I'll see you when you dig out. You'll see me on the other side. You'll see me when I dig out. I hope this is just a phase for you, too. One day we'll be able to look back through This maze we escaped, me made it, thank you. But right now, things are heavy. Right now, things are heavy, so heavy. I can see the weight on your shoulders. I can see the loss in your eyes. Right now, things are heavy. We can't lose the light, we can't lose the hope That our worlds can spin to the sevens. Spin it!! I feel no enemies with friends like these. i have no enemies with friends like these. We can't lose the light, we can't lose the hope That our worlds can spin to the sevens. Words and music by Jonny Sonic

Nocnokturn 04:42
Some days I feel like I am falling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Some days I feel like I am stalling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Sunday, Monday, every day is fun day. It's Friday, it's my day for getting on the stage tonight. We all hitting on the same page tonight; loose. Lip Service gon' serve this. Tacket makin' racket perfect. If your ears gon' fancy this, We'll keep coming with them fancy gifts. See all my Residents every time I walk in Like a President maxing out his fortunes or his prized heirlooms. Our tunes fill rooms and rooms, never out of proportion. Sit back, hit the switch hack. Flippin on the sound crew. Kickin back in the Cadllac Clown Shoe. Some days I feel like I am falling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Some days I feel like I am stalling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Follow me carefully. CNMC heat burning streets. Everything on fire!! Everything burned!! Everyone will learn what a player is. Never get a bit of rest in between the sets. Just change vests then get it off our chest. Getting kinda anxious, getting a few tweaks… It's been a few weeks since i freaked with the Super Geeks. Are you noc-nokturnal? So, take your noc-nokturn! The neighbors hate us because they're afraid to learn! Are you noc-nokturnal? So, take your noc-nokturn! They're waking up for church because they're afraid to burn! Some days I feel like I am falling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Some days I feel like I am stalling. That’s when I know I’ve got to play. Are you noc-nokturnal? So, take your noc-nokturn! Outnumbered 04:34
If you keep all your blinders up, You're gonna find yourself On the wrong side of history. You'll miss the beat. As we march right past you. If you keep all your blinders up, You're gonna find yourself On the wrong side of the fence. With beliefs so past tense. We're going to march right past you. Love wins, love conquers hate. We'll be our own saving grace. It's disappointedly amazing. Some folks got brains like raisins. Hearts with no patience laced with hatred Disguised as sacred propitiation. They're outdated. Soon to be outnumbered. You better check yourself before you wreck all ourselves. It's been too long caught up in your mess. What’s next? Progress. The future will be televised. The future will be criticized. The future will be advertised. The future can't be polarized. Make no exception for acceptance. We're not put here to judge. Time for the bullies to budge. Time for the lovers to love. Walk strong! March pride! Fill streets! Hold signs! Soon we'll outnumber! Words and music by Jonny Sonic

It's three o'clock in the morning, I wake up to see your face. Thoughts of you stirred me awake. But it's just an empty bed, It was all a dream again. It was in my head. Now I know I'm still alone. I must wait until it's my turn to see you again. I must wait until it's my turn to kiss you. It's been three weeks since I saw you. But I've counted every minute. And I still have more to count. When I walk I drag my feet Feeling so incomplete. Skipping beats. I need soon you to be with me. But I must wait until it's my turn to see you again. I must wait until it's my turn to kiss you.
